Friendly and helpful staff, especially Pako, were pretty good to cater to our needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Sunday Carvery. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy. a great experience at Beech Mount. I will definitely return for Christmas celebrations.

The rooms were outdated and cold, and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower in our room did not work properly, and despite reporting it, it was not repaired.

The bed was comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's really good breakfast set me up for the day, with high-quality ingredients that were delicious. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation options and the city center.
