The restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with sociable staff and first-class breakfasts.
There were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, such as dust on the chairs and surfaces.

The hotel's location in Kensington was convenient and easily accessible, making it a great choice for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious considering the price. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Pako, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Sunday Carvery. The rooms were clean and comfortable. a great experience at Beech Mount. I will definitely return for Christmas celebrations.

the hotel was clean and tidy, with a nice breakfast offered. the location was convenient, close to the city center and easily accessible.
The rooms were outdated and cold, and the beds were uncomfortable. the shower in our room did not work properly, and despite reporting it, it was not repaired.

Additionally, the hotel's fantastic breakfast set me up for the day, with high-quality ingredients that were delicious. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation options and the city center.
